The Peckham Partnership masterplan ran for 13 years with an ultimate investment of £290 million. It extended over an area of over 20 hectares and saw the demolition and refurbishment of 5 existing estates in one of the largest estates regeneration projects within Europe. Over 890 new social housing flat and houses were provided along with 600 private units.
Detailed design work was carried out on 4 separate phases; 4b, 4e, 5b and 6c amounting to some 280 units at low rise from 2 to 4 storeys. All projects were taken through to production information and completion with Countryside in Partnership.
