Kunna Architects seek to provide a professional standard of service, though if at any time our clients conclude otherwise, then they can bring matters to our attention swiftly, so that they may be jointly discussed and resolved. To facilitate this our complaints handling procedure is available upon request. Failing this our hope would be that we are able together to settle any remaining matters by the avenues of ADR.

Titled architects must be registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and are subject to their, The Architects Code: Standards of Professional Conduct and Practice (2017) and its 12 standards. Equally members of the Royal Institute of British Architect (RIBA) are required to meet their, Code of Professional Conduct (2019) and its 3 principles of; integrity, competence and relatonships and the duties contained therein.
