The existing shell and core industrial unit with mezzanine amounting to some 340m2 was fitted out with chiller and freezer rooms with; kitchen, food preparation and packaging facilities for a food business. Additionally a staff changing area was provided with an administrative space within the upper floor.
Certain products were sourced internationally to meet EU specifications and full comply with UK food hygiene regulations.
