The client sought to introduce a new Italian cafe franchise into the UK, serving both traditional foods and drinks. The intended fit-out of the commercial unit was on a fast track programme, which allowed the client to open and start trading within a contracted period of time.
The retail unit won permission to trade within the existing commercial use, achieving in addition Advertisement Consent and a Street Trading Licence for outdoor tables and chairs.
